Group Therapy
Social Skills Group
This social skills group is designed for children ages 5-7 who experience anxiety, social anxiety, autism spectrum differences, and challenges with emotional regulation or managing big feelings around peers.
The group will run from February 18th - April 29th on Wednesdays at 5pm. Parent meetings will be on February 18th, March 25th, and April 29th. The cost of the group will be $50 per session.
Our Approach

Uses the empirically validated Second Step curriculum to teach core social-emotional learning skills

Incorporates child- centered, play-based therapeutic interventions to support engagement, emotional regulation, and social development

Collaborates with parents and caregivers to reinforce and nurture skills across settings
