Cognitive Rehabilitation Specialist / Academic Tutor

I am a Texas Certified Teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience in both public and private settings. I work part time in the office running our Cognitive Rehabilitation program - RehaCom. RehaCom is the world's most comprehensive system for computer-aided rehabilitation and helps so many people with ADHD, Learning Disabilities, TBI's, Strokes, and even Dementia. The other part of my job is providing one on one specialized tutoring!

I graduated college from The State University of New York at Fredonia and obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood and Childhood Education. Upon graduation I moved to Dallas and got my Texas Teaching Certification in Core Subjects - Early Childhood to 6th Grade as well as a certification in English as a Second Language. I have taught PreK in Dallas ISD, 3rd grade and Kindergarten in Plano ISD and most recently taught in an Upper Elementary Montessori Co-Op classroom.

My goal is to create individualized, fun and engaging learning experiences that make kiddos excited to learn. Each specific session is tailored to your learners needs (both academic and social emotional) as well as their academic goals.
